The African-American of Commerce of San Joaquin was founded in 1986 to help improve the region’s business climate. Today we embrace the best practices of all economic systems, and all the good they bring the African American Community economically and professionally. Inspiring unity at a competitive cost to our members, we represent many facets of the community working together to create and grow successful African-American owned businesses, while also working with our youth interested in entrepreneurship, as well as with African Americans working in non-predominantly Black work places. As a result, we promote, encourage and provide programs, services, partnerships and workshops that contribute to economic development throughout the county, valley and state. We are also much diversified in our services and programs, which means there is also room for fun and entertainment within the chamber.
